Over recent years I have run workshops and given talks on resilience - helping participants have a greater understanding of how to increase bounce-back. We focus on diet: on simple dietary changes that can have a big impact on sleep, energy and mood; we also look at supplementation, moving meditation, mindfulness practices and breathing techniques that all pack a punch when it comes to calming the nervous system and increasing all-round wellbeing.
